Our homes are built to the highest efficiency and durability standards to keep you comfortable through the heat and humidity of Michigan summers and the bitter cold of winter. Unlike other builders, we offer a fixed price and guaranteed completion dates so there are no unpleasant surprises at the end of our build. But just because your home is done doesn’t mean we are. We provide a variety of services to help you get the most out of your new home even after moving in.

Our Vision
Cottage Home aspires to be a stable and trusted leader in home design, construction, sales, and service along the lakeshore from St. Joseph to Holland. We understand that these lake houses and cottages are more than just simple structures, but are safe havens and places of well-being and thriving which clients cherish. Each year we will continue to focus on our clients, team, and market so as to do the following:
- Design and build 8-12 homes annually.
- Grow our special project revenue year to year.
- Continually grow our number of Home Watch clients.
- Continually improve every neighborhood in our homebuilding efforts such as drainage, utilities, roads, beaches, easements, public access, and community amenities.
- Create homes which have greater distinctive value in the marketplace.
